Bayern Munich Secure Signing of Daniel Peretz in a Five-Season Deal

As they await Manuel Neuer’s recovery from his December 2022 injury and following the transfer of Swiss international Yann Sommer to Inter Milan, Bayern Munich has successfully secured a new goalkeeper. The club has acquired Daniel Peretz from Maccabi Tel Aviv.

The Israeli international, who holds 1 cap, has put pen to paper on a five-year contract that extends until June 2028.

Although the exact transfer fee has not been officially disclosed by the clubs, reports from Bavarian sources suggest that the 23-year-old goalkeeper’s transfer is estimated to be around €5 million.

Throughout the previous season, the 23-year-old goalkeeper played a pivotal role for his former team, making a total of 45 official appearances, with each of them being a starting position.
